Tracey McBeth-Kachor is a Cree artist whose roots trace back to the Red River Settlement in Manitoba. Through vibrant acrylic paintings, she shares stories of Indigenous identity, resilience, family, and the enduring strength of her ancestors.

Inspired by the teachings, traditions, and beauty of Cree culture, Tracey’s artwork celebrates the connection between people, the land, and all living beings. Her pieces are created to honour those who came before her while helping carry Indigenous knowledge and perspectives forward for future generations.

Rather than focusing on the hardships of the past, Tracey chooses to express hope, healing, courage, and joy. Rich colour and meaningful symbolism are woven throughout her work, reminding viewers that Indigenous cultures are living, thriving, and deserving of
celebration.

Each blanket featuring Tracey’s artwork is created to wrap people in stories of resilience, culture, and connection—a reminder that Indigenous traditions continue to live, grow, and inspire future generations.
